Recreational opportunities abound! The ranch has a considerable population of whitetail deer, axis, black buck antelope, wild turkey and feral hogs. The lake below the main house has superb fishing as does the two miles of river frontage. IMPROVEMENTS

TERRAIN
The highlight of the ranch is the 2+/- miles of beautiful Pedernales River frontage. For 3/4 of a mile ownership is on both sides of the river. The topography of the ranch is gently rolling.
